Rasser + Vadi. The Basel architectural practice of Rasser + Vadi was responsible for buildings in the Zoological Gardens and numerous villas in the fifties. It also designed the Architekturmuseum itself, which was first occupied as "Domus's" business premises in 1959. The architects Diener & Diener converted it for museum purposes in 1984. The exhibition on Max Rasser (1924-2000) and Tibère Vadi (1923-1983) took place in the same year, and a catalogue of work was published on this occasion.

Fehling + Gogel. Daniel Gogel left the Berlin practice's (1953-1990) estate to the Architekturmuseum in 1995. The museum mounted the exhibition "Fehling + Gogel. A Berlin architectural practice 1953-1990" in 1998, and published a catalogue.
Ernst Egeler. Ernst Egeler (1908-1978) returned to Basel after training at the Bauhaus in Dessau and was responsible for numerous buildings in the city and environs. These are among the best examples of post-war Swiss regionalism.PAST EXHIBITIONS UNTIL 2006
