Panel Discussion 'The Future of Concrete'

7 PM

The exhibition on the history of concrete also makes clear the responsibility that the construction industry bears for causing the current climate crisis. In connection with the exhibition, the S AM aims to initiate constructive conversations about the future of concrete – with architects, builders, material producers, construction experts and, last but not least, the cement industry. The latter is increasingly focusing on the development of new technologies for concrete that consume fewer resources, emit less carbon dioxide and even capture some of the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
